Time Warner Cable is recruiting a Specialist, Billing Support responsible for the daily billing support processes including but not limited to customer and contract set-up, case resolution and client adjustments.
Responsibilities:
- Additional duties include the compliance of billing requirements
- Reconciliation of customer billing issues and resolution of cases
- Processing of adjustments, volume discounts, service changes, pricing changes
- Ability to investigate and resolve issues with some supervision
- Suggestion of process improvements
- Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external clients
- Create manual invoices as needed to meet customer requirements
- Follow company policies and procedures
